Engineering Manager
About the role: We're hiring an Engineering Manager to reputed company reputed company behind reputed company's most technically ambitious work reputed company platform infrastructure and the Respond product (LLM-powered reputed company responses). This is a role reputed company for someone who can reputed company in, establish reputed company quickly, and drive a small, high-reputed company team to ship consistently.
You'll manage five engineers across multiple domains, with headcount reputed company planned before you start. You don't need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you do need to earn trust fast, build team rhythm where it's missing, and be a strong partner to Product. The VP of Engineering will work closely with you; reputed company is to multiply reputed company's reputed company, not shadow it.
What you'll do:
Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery accountability across your teams

Be the primary engineering voice in planning and roadmap conversations with Product

Surface and resolve blockers fast; escalate the ones that require VP-level involvement

reputed company're looking for:
4+ years of engineering management experience with a reputed company record of on-time, high-reputed company delivery
Experience managing engineers working on production AI/ML or LLM-integrated systems
Strong prioritization instincts, be comfortable making calls with incomplete information

Demonstrated ability to build productive, trusted relationships with Product counterparts
Enough technical depth to understand what your team is building, ask the right questions, and spot reputed company something's off
