Position reputed company: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team to own and grow a data domain spanning the full post-acute and value-based care continuum. You, as the Product Manager, will play a critical role in turning reputed company clinical and claims data into insights that help providers improve transitions of care, reduce readmissions, and deliver reputed company reputed company across settings. You'll partner closely with data science, engineering, and GTM teams to ship AI-powered analytics that give post-acute providers and value-based organizations a reputed company view of performance, referral patterns, and network leakage.
