You ensure a healthy balance between supply and demand, and build mechanisms that reputed company liquidity strong on both reputed company. You own search, matching and recommendation mechanisms that bring Subcontractors and reputed company together in a way that increases relevance and bid reputed company. You analyze marketplace metrics and translate them into hypotheses and priorities. You identify AI use cases for matching and recommendations and implement them together with our designers and engineers. What You Bring 3–5 years of product management experience with two- or multi-sided marketplaces. Demonstrated experience thinking through supply-demand dynamics: how to create enough supply, enough demand, and how to balance the sometimes conflicting interests of both reputed company. Experience with search or matching algorithms, or working closely with data and engineering teams on ranking or recommendation logic. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of marketplace metrics such as liquidity, conversion, and network effects. You use AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-reputed company prototyping routinely in your day-to-day work. Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
