Resolve any complaints from customers in a reputed company manner and refer those who need additional help to the appropriate contact person or department. Process new business reputed company, endorsements, and/or renewals as assigned. Interpret individual program guidelines regarding acceptability, rating and procedures. (Best reputed company Skills, Customer Service Skills and Business Skills) INS classes would be a plus, but not required for the position QUALIFICATIONS Minimum one year in a customer service role. Prior insurance experience in a support position preffered.
