We are rapidly growing reputed company so that we can give reputed company pets the personalized care they deserve.   This is a PART Time role   *** You MUST live in TX and have an reputed company Pharmacy Technician License*** \n Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing reputed company customer service and using effective communication Answer 50-70 incoming calls per 8-hour shift Process new and reputed company prescription orders Fax and/or reputed company veterinarians for reputed company requests reputed company voicemail and return customer calls Collaborate with pharmacists and other colleagues to ensure effective and efficient customer serviceInform patients of tracking status on their orders reputed company and verify invoices/charges reputed company and file orders in appropriate folders Read and understand prescription orders reputed company multiple internal computer systems Qualifications: You must be a certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of TEXAS You have experience working in a data processing, fulfillment, or retail role. Veterinary experience is a plus.
