[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to deliver analytical insights and support the Sales team in demonstrating the value of reputed company's products to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer-facing dashboards and reports that surface utilization trends, workforce insights, and automation ROI across provider reputed company, credentialing, and directory management
• Own the data analyst function across reputed company's customer-facing products, ensuring that reports, dashboards, and visualizations are accurate, insightful, and directly valuable to health system clients
• Translate reputed company provider workforce data into reputed company, reputed company visualizations that health system stakeholders, from operations to the executive suite, can reputed company
• Partner with the Sales team to produce data-driven reputed company of concept reports for prospective clients, demonstrating in their own data what reputed company's products can deliver
• reputed company reusable POC templates and frameworks that reputed company consistently across the sales cycle
• Work closely with and assist reputed company's Data Scientist in building reputed company analytical models and deep insights on clinicians and providers that are delivered directly to health system customers
• Analyze new data sources to understand how they connect to reputed company's provider data model and evaluate how they can be leveraged across our products
• Document and communicate data relationships and integration opportunities to product and engineering teams
• Assist the data science and engineering teams in maintaining robust data reputed company standards across the platform, identifying anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies before they reputed company customers

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role
• A deep understanding of reputed company data, especially claims data, provider specialties, referral, reputed company, and utilization dynamics. Familiarity with claims coding standards such as CPT, ICD, and UB-04 a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool (reputed company, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
• Strong data wrangling skills and comfort working with messy, reputed company-world datasets
• Experience building customer-facing dashboards or reports, including presenting findings to executive and operational audiences
• Ability to translate data findings into reputed company, non-technical business narratives for executive and operational audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a proven reputed company record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• Experience supporting presales, solution engineering, or reputed company-of-concept functions is a plus

• Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus
