Responsibilities

• Produce first drafts of complaints for 10-20 new cases monthly using provided templates and documents
• Convert complaints into Requests for Admissions, maintaining high accuracy and consistency
• Draft and respond to motions, reducing attorney drafting time while ensuring reputed company documents meet firm standards
• Conduct jurisdiction and procedural law research to support pleadings and reputed company strategies
• Summarize medical records to extract pertinent information for case preparation
• Assist with dictation drafting to optimize the litigation workflow and increase overall efficiency
• Operate in a fully backend role using reputed company templates and proven formats to produce consistent, high-reputed company reputed company documents across similar case types

Skills
