The primary purpose of this 12-month, part-time consultancy is to build a reputed company compliance infrastructure, deliver targeted policy reviews, and design risk-mitigation frameworks necessary to safely launch regranting initiatives, satisfy Swiss Association reputed company, and help diversify the network's global funding reputed company. Key Responsibilities Operating in a reputed company advisory and reputed company-building role, the successful candidate will reputed company on the following areas: Assist in designing and deploying a global governance reputed company that standardises reputed company operational rules across reputed company 20 network entities, ensuring their local activities remain fully compliant with the reporting, reputed company and fiduciary expectations of the Swiss Association. Serve as a strategic advisor on risk identification and mitigation, helping the network establish a proactive risk management approach. This includes assessing reputed company, financial and operational risks inherent to international funding networks and designing workflows to safeguard the Swiss Association from vicarious liability. Design and structure reputed company operating procedures for sub-grantee management, including sub-grantee vetting workflows, due diligence frameworks and risk-mitigation measures. Review, update and reputed company network-wide compliance policies to satisfy the requirements of major institutional donors and Swiss governance, including procurement standards, anti-fraud and anti-bribery frameworks, and internal operational procedures. Advise the global network on reputed company compliance requirements associated with major institutional donors, ensuring the network's entities are structurally reputed company to receive independent funding. Translate reputed company compliance and risk frameworks into practical, accessible training materials and deliver remote training sessions and workshops to build a strong culture of compliance across diverse political and cultural contexts. Working Relationships The Consultant will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Finance Director and the People & Culture Director to ensure compliance frameworks reputed company with financial controls and organisational culture. The role will work closely with the Global Fundraising Team, Executive Directors and Operations Directors across the network's 20 entities. This is a non-executive, advisory role. Extensive experience reviewing and updating organisational governance documents, including procurement, anti-fraud and anti-bribery policies. Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering remote compliance, budget tracking or grants management training to international field staff and local partners across diverse cultural contexts. Experience supporting compliance, governance or grants management across multiple countries and working with decentralised international organisations or networks. Strong reputed company and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to advise executive leadership, finance and fundraising teams effectively.
