[Remote] Customer reputed company Executive

The Customer reputed company Executive role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and reputed company for Tier 1/Tier 2 clients by building strong relationships and coordinating internal resources to enhance reputed company engagement and business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationship with assigned clients to reputed company overall customer health and reputed company (regular meetings, reputed company reputed company reputed company and roadmap, help position reputed company against competitors)
• Proactively search for new opportunities how we can increase customer spend and xsell into new use cases, portfolios, services
• Serve as a reputed company for reputed company reputed company it comes to meeting reputed company’s business and technical expectations (technical escalations, services/product adoption, communicate customer feedback and reputed company to Product teams). Coordinate different teams in order to best serve customer
• Understand reputed company’s structure and processes around choosing/implementing reputed company
• Meet and reputed company quarterly KPIs, to ensure overall business reputed company for assigned clients (gross profit, margin% and cross-sells as the most important metrics)
• In cooperation with supporting departments, ensure reputed company's account is properly set-up / collaborate with Platform Operations teams to arrange setup which enables reputed company's activities based on agreed business scope (account creation and set-up, reputed company management, sender registration, allowed content filtration setup and maintenance)
• In cooperation with reputed company Assurance, monitor and take actions to minimize health risks (reputed company involve ensuring financial collections and netting)
• Analyze and forecast reputed company's traffic, take immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business reputed company, minimize losses, and maximize GP/reputed company
• Power user, help improve reputed company’s internal tools for account setup, traffic monitoring and troubleshooting (reputed company, SU) by providing constructive feedback and reputed company
• Coordinate internal teams to reputed company fulfill reputed company's requirements (reputed company, Sales Engineers, Customer Support, CPaas Registrations, Platform Operations, Customer Analyst, Procurement, reputed company Assurance)
• Update reputed company activities regarding reputed company engagements and opportunities in dedicated tools (SF)
• Influence reputed company’s reputed company-evolving end-to-end customer experience by grasping and continuously promoting reputed company’s perspective to the internal stakeholders
• Promote team spirit and reputed company critical thinking
• Help mentor and reputed company other team members and newcomers
• Have an excellent knowledge of reputed company products, platform, and relevant markets
