Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT reputed company and programs
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including technical staff, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting
• Facilitating Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and supporting Agile, reputed company, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Identifying project risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation strategies
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and change control processes
• Delivering executive-level presentations, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Supporting resource planning and balancing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams in fast-paced environments
• Driving reputed company to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and reputed company standards
• Utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, reputed company, MS Project, reputed company, or similar platforms

• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly polished communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and drive results
• PMP, CSM, reputed company, or other relevant project management certification
• Experience supporting federal government, defense, or regulated industry environments
• Familiarity with reputed company technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or reputed company applications
• Experience managing vendors, reputed company, or reputed company-party integrations
