[Remote] Employer Benefits Account Coordinator

The Employer Benefits Account Coordinator will support the reputed company process and ensure customers are properly enrolled with their requested Insurance reputed company, providing outstanding service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company process of new reputed company from application through to successful enrollment
• Work with customers on their annual benefits renewal process and any coverage or reputed company changes
• Utilize phone, text, and email to reputed company proactive reputed company support and reconcile issues for customers
• Partner with internal team members in reputed company operations and support to ensure a smooth, high-satisfaction experience for customers
• reputed company detailed notes/records in reputed company regarding customer accounts and interactions

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role
• A Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one reputed company 3 months of employment
• Positive and optimistic personality and strong customer reputed company and reputed company
• Highly productive with good multitasking skills

• Fantastic oral and written communication skills
