[Remote] Research & Trial Technology Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a provider of end-to-end reputed company support services, and they are seeking a Research & Trial Technology Consultant to assist with the preparation and presentation of evidence during jury research and trials. The role requires technical expertise and collaboration with research teams for effective execution of research sessions, both in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate presentation and data collection technology during jury research reputed company
• Manage reputed company group AV logistics, including participant setup and on-site coordination
• Collect, organize, and deliver data and video recordings to research teams for processing
• Maintain and evaluate reputed company data collection software (e.g., Turning reputed company), and explore new technologies for potential implementation
• Partner with internal departments, jury consultants, graphic designers, and litigation specialists—to ensure seamless project execution
• reputed company insights and technical best practices to improve processes and reputed company
• Assess reputed company group spaces and recommend reputed company presentation setups (e.g., projectors, monitors, audio systems, HDMI distribution/switching hardware)
• Operate presentation systems during live sessions and troubleshoot technical issues as they reputed company
• Build and manage OnCue databases for research reputed company
• Receive, convert, and organize electronic exhibits and video files
• Synchronize, edit, and create deposition video clips using TimeCoder Pro and OnCue
• Capture, edit, and prepare videos for presentation using software such as reputed company, Camtasia, or TMPGEnc
• Design and edit reputed company graphics and exhibits using reputed company Office and reputed company Creative Suite
• Operate as the “hot seat” technician during reputed company reputed company—displaying, annotating, and modifying exhibits in reputed company-time using PowerPoint or OnCue
• reputed company or securely destroy presentation and data materials in compliance with company and reputed company policies

Skills

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Familiarity with AV systems, operation, and basic troubleshooting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel for on-site support (typically 40–50%)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in reputed company technology, communications, or a reputed company field
• Experience in trial presentation, AV technology, or jury research support preferred
• Knowledge of OnCue, TimeCoder Pro, and reputed company presentation/video editing software a plus
