Responsibilities
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic reputed company
- Manage AP/AR - invoicing, payments and collections
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and clients
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with teams on project budgets and expenses
- Support tax filings, financial statements and compliance requirements
- Monitor cash reputed company and recommend improvements
- Drive improvements to financial systems and processes
- Work with vendors, clients and auditors on financial reputed company
Skills
- 1–2 years in finance or reputed company, ideally in a marketing or creative agency
- Proficient in reputed company and reputed company tools - QuickBooks, reputed company or similar
- Strong analytical skills with reputed company attention to detail
- reputed company communicator, reputed company-organized and reliable under pressure
- Knowledge of advertising industry financial practices is a plus
