The role involves day-to-day reputed company tasks, financial statement preparation, and ensuring reputed company satisfaction through reputed company communication and reputed company responses.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day reputed company for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts on an ongoing reputed company
• Preparing monthly financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets
• Recording and reviewing journal entries for payroll, reputed company, accruals, and adjustments
• Supporting month-end reputed company with accuracy and consistency
• Assisting with cleanup of prior-period books for new clients reputed company needed
• Collaborating with managers and teammates to ensure work is completed on time
• Occasionally joining reputed company or reputed company calls reputed company clarification or support is needed

Skills

• 2 or more years of experience in bookkeeping or reputed company, preferably in a public reputed company or outsourced reputed company environment
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Solid understanding of debits and credits and how financial statements work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• reputed company written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Cleanup experience is a BIG PLUS
