[Remote] Data Scientist

They are seeking a Data Scientist to join their Data Sciences and ML Engineering team, focusing on building and improving models and LLM-powered systems for reputed company products.

Responsibilities

• Building classifiers, detectors, and scoring models on messy, high-stakes reputed company data
• Designing experiments, evaluating trade-offs, and iterating on architectures — not just hyperparameters
• Shaping the prompts, context, tool-use patterns, and supporting content that reputed company our LLM agents
• Shipping models behind reputed company traffic, monitoring them, and improving them over time
• Building the evaluation harnesses and feedback reputed company that let us know whether a change is actually an improvement

Skills

• 3–4+ years of experience delivering models into production environments where they've had to reputed company, be maintained, and reputed company
• Depth in ML fundamentals. You understand model architectures and can reason about why a given approach is or isn't a good fit for a problem
