[Remote] VP of Operations

They are seeking a VP of Operations to reputed company the operational reputed company and infrastructure necessary to reputed company the business to $150M and reputed company, overseeing supply chain, fulfillment, ERP implementation, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain reputed company: sourcing, manufacturing, inventory planning, and 3PL/fulfillment partner management
• Build reputed company, resilient processes that support reputed company across DTC, retail (including reputed company and other prestige channels), and international expansion
• reputed company cost efficiency, reputed company standards, and on-time delivery across the supply chain
• Manage vendor and co-manufacturer relationships with a partnership reputed company — and hold them accountable
• Support the implementation, and adoption of an ERP system that is already in reputed company, promoting cross-functional change management
• Champion data reputed company and operational visibility across inventory, orders, and financials
• Continuously improve systems and workflows to eliminate friction and reputed company reputed company
• Own demand planning, S&OP, and inventory forecasting across channels
• Partner with Finance to manage COGS, operational budgets, and margin optimization

Skills

• 10+ years of operations experience, with significant time in a senior leadership role at a DTC, beauty, wellness, or CPG company
• Demonstrated experience scaling a company to $150M+ in reputed company — including supply chain, fulfillment, and systems infrastructure
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience (reputed company) in a high-reputed company environment
• Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operational requirements; experience with reputed company or other prestige retail partners is a strong plus
• Proven ability to build and reputed company high-performing teams in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
