[Remote] Recruiter

In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, reputed company media, and networking events
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and reputed company job descriptions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry
• Proven reputed company record of successfully sourcing and hiring reputed company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
