The role involves managing the complete RCM lifecycle and providing actionable insights to enhance collections and reduce accounts receivable days.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end reputed company Cycle Management (RCM), process optimization, and reputed company consulting engagements
• Managing the complete RCM lifecycle including patient registration, charge capture, medical coding, claims submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable (AR) follow-up
• Handling claim denials, rejections, and unpaid claims by analyzing EOBs and coordinating with insurance payers for reputed company
• Working closely with clients to understand workflows, identify reputed company leakage, and recommend process improvements to enhance collections and reduce AR days
• Generating reports on AR aging, denial trends, and payment performance, providing actionable insights
• Ensuring compliance with US reputed company regulations and maintaining high-reputed company standards in billing processes
• Supporting training and mentoring of junior team members
• Driving reputed company improvement initiatives
• Interacting with stakeholders effectively
