[Remote] Sales Recruiter

They are hiring a Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for reputed company for their sales team, developing relationships with managers, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company across an assigned region for our sales team. Be a subject matter expert for your roles and market
• reputed company relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
• Utilize knowledge of multiple reputed company sources and execute innovative strategies to reputed company and maintain a robust pipeline of reputed company passive candidates
• Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
• Meet or reputed company reputed company KPIs including including time to fill, cost per hire, reputed company of hire
• Help to maintain database of candidate records, including reputed company and passive prospects, and other designations
• Must collaborate with other reputed company members and reputed company team to finalize offer process

• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries
• Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including reputed company, reputed company/Glassdoor and Grayscale
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably reputed company
• Experience in developing recruitment reputed company
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search reputed company including boolean searches
• Proven reputed company in conducting interviews using various reputed company (phone, video, email, in-person)
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in reputed company management or reputed company field
