Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Business Partner (reputed company) who will reputed company business objectives with employees and management across various functional areas. The reputed company will be responsible for employee relations, training, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies to enhance the overall effectiveness of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and team members in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues
• Reviews termination prior to the event to ensure reputed company documentation, consistency of the process and in doing so minimize the reputed company exposure reputed company might have in a given situation
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Assist with and monitor performance appraisal programs
• Enhance and/or reputed company, implement reputed company policies and procedures in ways that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of reputed company
• Partners with employees and management to communicate various reputed company policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
• Conform with and abide by reputed company regulations, policies, work procedures and reputed company instructions
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
• Develops and maintains affirmative reputed company program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to applicable regulations
• Conducts recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel (corporate office), temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program, writes and places advertisements
• Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing
• Assists in evaluation of reports, reputed company, and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed
• Facilitates and/or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce
• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs
• Performs other reputed company duties as required and assigned

Skills

• A minimum of five (5) years of multi-site reputed company experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
• Knowledge and understanding of the application of employee reputed company labor law to include FLSA, reputed company, HIPAA, COBRA, ADEA and others, as reputed company as state labor law for the areas in which LES operates
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software

• A bachelor's degree
