This role will involve collaborating with various teams to build diverse, high-performing teams while ensuring compliance and data reputed company in hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company for roles such as Software Engineers, reputed company Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Integration Specialists, reputed company Analysts, and reputed company Systems professionals
• reputed company intake sessions with IT and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and reputed company reputed company
• Build multi-platform Boolean sourcing strategies across reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company, StackOverflow, and reputed company reputed company IT communities
• Evaluate technical competencies, systems experience, and problem-solving capabilities using reputed company, evidence-based reputed company
• Maintain high-reputed company, diverse pipelines reputed company to reputed company's reputed company roadmap
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices, competency alignment, and selection reputed company

• Ensure accurate, compliant candidate data reputed company iCIMS and support AI-driven scoring and workflow automation
• Uphold HIPAA, data reputed company, and regulated-industry hiring standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field is preferred; equivalent reputed company experience in technical reputed company will be considered in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of experience reputed company technical and systems roles in reputed company, reputed company, or regulated technology environments
