[Remote] Engineering Manager

The role involves driving the strategic reputed company of applications and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers to enhance the overall Product Engineering Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance, development and engagement of software engineers (4-6 reputed company reports) including hiring and growing of a high-reputed company in shipping full stack web applications, features and services
• Drives execution by organizing team work, setting goals, and holding reputed company accountable, including monitoring and escalating team issues
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and QA on scheduling, planning, and sizing of functional specifications and software designs

Skills

• 4+ years' experience doing software engineering in a hands-on reputed company - reputed company-end and back-end reputed company
• 2+ years management and / or team leadership experience in a software development role

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company on process improvements and key performance metrics that add to the overall effectiveness of the development team
