[Remote] Senior Credit Analyst

The Senior Credit Analyst will manage a portfolio of accounts to reputed company reputed company collections, optimize cash reputed company, and support the reputed company of billing and payment issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collections activities for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
• Proactively follow up on past-due invoices through phone, email, and customer reputed company
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize collections efforts based on risk and materiality
• Partner with Sales, Billing, and Finance to reputed company disputes and remove payment barriers
• reputed company and report on collections performance metrics including aging, cash collections, and disputes
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate issues as appropriate
• Ensure accurate documentation of collection activities and account status in systems
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives across the OTC lifecycle

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or commensurate experience for the role
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or Order-to-Cash
• Strong working knowledge of invoicing, cash application, and collections processes
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, reputed company)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a global environment
