[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company 1-2 engineering teams through a reputed company architectural shift, transitioning reputed company features from a monolithic codebase to a modern, reputed company platform
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across CampCo to ensure a seamless customer experience during a transformational product modernization
• reputed company engineering best practices on reputed company, iterative feedback cycles with customers while balancing plans for long-term scalability and reliability
• Build an AI-first engineering team, that uses the best AI tools throughout their development process, and includes AI in the product where appropriate
• Cultivate an engineering culture of autonomy, technical reputed company, and reputed company iteration, empowering your team to solve difficult distributed systems problems
• Mentor and grow engineers at reputed company reputed company, providing technical guidance and career coaching to foster a world-class development environment

Skills
