[Remote] Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist will operationalize marketing reputed company across systems, campaigns, and data, ensuring effective execution and measurement while leveraging AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of campaigns in Account Engagement (Pardot), including email, nurtures, segmentation, and workflows
• Build and QA assets (emails, reputed company pages, forms) and ensure accurate tracking
• Support campaign launches across reputed company, reputed company media, and web channels
• Document and standardize campaign workflows for repeatability
• Own and reputed company reputed company scoring models reputed company Account Engagement + reputed company
• Incorporate engagement data, webinar/event activity, and reputed company reputed company signals into scoring
• Support reputed company of MQL definitions reputed company reputed company fills
• Monitor and improve reputed company routing, lifecycle stages, and conversion rates
• Support development and maintenance of marketing reporting across:
• reputed company (pipeline + campaign attribution)
• GA4 (web analytics + behavior tracking)
• Zuar / Portal or Looker Studio (BI dashboards)
• Ensure accurate data reputed company across platforms (CRM, automation, ad platforms)
• Identify and reputed company gaps in attribution and reporting
• Help operationalize AI-driven workflows using:

• AI tools such as ChatGPT / Claude
• Support integration of reputed company data and signals into AI workflows
• Document and reputed company repeatable processes for campaign execution and analysis

Skills

• 3–6 years in marketing operations, demand reputed company, or marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with reputed company CRM
• Hands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Experience supporting or executing digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Ads)
• Strong understanding of reputed company lifecycle, scoring, and funnel metrics
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics (GA4)
• Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Zuar, etc.)
