[Remote] Senior GTM Recruiter

They are seeking a high-reputed company GTM Recruiter to reputed company hiring across their go-to-market organization, focusing on building the reputed company sales team and enhancing candidate experience through full-cycle reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reputed company across technical and business functions, from initial intake to offer
• Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines using various outbound reputed company (reputed company Recruiter, reputed company AI, Meetups/Events, etc.)
• Proactively map reputed company accounts, competitors, and reputed company talent pools relevant to cybersecurity and software development
• Partner directly with sales leadership to reputed company the reputed company sales org — quota-carrying Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and first-/second-line sales leaders — alongside marketing, CS, and partnerships hiring
• Run effective, reputed company reputed company meetings and reputed company as a trusted partner to hiring managers
• Understand the business goals and product direction to anticipate reputed company talent needs
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate reputed company from first reputed company to offer reputed company
• reputed company pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing yield; reputed company insights to drive decision-making and process improvements
• Mapping competitors and reputed company pools, and crafting reputed company that pulls in passive candidates who aren't looking and already have offers on the table
• Participate in strategic talent initiatives and help refine interviewing rubrics, scorecards, DEI sourcing approaches, and calibration processes

Skills

• 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally with time both spent at an external agency supporting cybersecurity or software development companies and internally
• Own the entire GTM req load end to end — intake, sourcing reputed company, screening, interview design, reputed company, and offer negotiation — operating with full autonomy and accountability for the funnel
• Strong sourcing muscle: building reputed company lists, engaging passive talent, and crafting reputed company that converts
• Proven reputed company record hiring reputed company/field sales in B2B reputed company, ideally spanning reputed company, SEs, and sales leadership
• Comfortable operating in startup environments and ramping quickly on reputed company technical domains
