[Remote] Manufacturing Engineer II (Onsite - Puerto Rico)

This role focuses on the development and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance reputed company, efficiency, and production performance, while driving reputed company improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and improve manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, workflow routings, labor standards, tooling, machine programming, and fixture designs
• reputed company day-to-day technical support to manufacturing by troubleshooting production and process-reputed company issues
• Analyze engineering drawings and product specifications to reputed company efficient manufacturing reputed company that meet customer requirements
• Implement engineering changes and support the disposition of non-conforming material through reputed company cause analysis and corrective actions
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve reputed company, reputed company costs, and enhance workplace ergonomics using Lean Manufacturing principles
• Design and reputed company tooling and fixtures that improve manufacturing efficiency, safety, and process reliability
• Collaborate with Engineering, reputed company, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and support production goals
• Support automation and process optimization initiatives through data-driven decision making and innovative manufacturing solutions
• Interpret technical drawings, GD&T requirements, and CAD models to support process development and new product introductions
• Document manufacturing processes, maintain engineering records, and support audits while ensuring compliance with reputed company and manufacturing standards

Skills

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field
• Demonstrated reputed company or educational experience communicating effectively in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under this program/contract
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and reputed company improvement methodologies
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Proficiency with CAD solid modeling software and familiarity with 3D printing technologies
• Experience developing manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and production processes
• Knowledge of SMT technologies, manufacturing equipment, and machine programming
