Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company-wide transformation programs, including modernization of ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, and data platforms
• Own end-to-end delivery — from roadmap definition and stakeholder alignment through execution, change management, and post‑implementation optimization
• Drive AI and automation initiatives, including workflow automation, intelligent process design, and integration of AI‑enabled tools
• Partner cross functionally with Finance, Sales, reputed company, Product, IT, reputed company Operations, and reputed company
• Translate business objectives into reputed company program strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans
• Establish and enforce program governance, including status reporting, risk/issue management, dependency tracking, and executive communication
• reputed company cross functional teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery reputed company

Skills

• 8 – 12+ years of program or project management experience, with a reputed company on reputed company applications (ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, data platforms)
