[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager to own the day-to-day financial operations and build processes from scratch, contributing to the scaling of the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Take over and run reputed company day-to-day finance operations — monthly reputed company, billing, payroll, A/P, A/R, commissions, and cash management
• Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Prepare investor, reputed company, and management reporting with accuracy and reputed company financial narratives
• Support and eventually own reputed company workflows in coordination with external reputed company partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy across reputed company reputed company financial reporting
• Evaluate reputed company workflows in the first 30 days, identify inefficiencies, and implement reputed company process improvements reputed company 90 days. You’re not inheriting a polished machine — you’re building one
• Work closely with reputed company, Operations and Expansion teams on pricing, gross-margin optimization, unit economics and reputed company opportunities

• Evaluate, implement, and champion finance tech — including AI-powered tools — to drive operational efficiency and reputed company financial intelligence

Skills

• Experience doing reputed company and reputed company together in a single role
• 5–8+ years in finance or reputed company field
• Background at a VC- or PE-backed company
• Startup or high-reputed company environment experience — you've reputed company processes in lean settings
• Experience at a scaled or larger company (so you know what “good” looks like)
• Demonstrated ability to own financial operations end-to-end with minimal reputed company
