Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor reputed company of five reputed company Operations Specialists, providing reputed company goals, support, and regular performance feedback to drive individual and team reputed company

• Conduct regular 1-on-1s and team meetings to discuss reputed company, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement

• Ensure reputed company accurately manages retailer accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations, customer deposits, factoring reconciliations, and reputed company/discount reconciliations and other Month end reputed company processes
• reputed company leadership in resolving escalated issues reputed company to vendor payments, invoice reputed company, credit confirmation processing, and fee deductions for overdue accounts

• Monitor and evaluate team performance through key metrics, ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) and reputed company standards are consistently met

Skills

• 5 years of General reputed company reputed company experience
• Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role reputed company reputed company operations, finance, or a reputed company field
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to reputed company and mentor reputed company in a remote environment
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company software (QuickBooks or reputed company Intacct preferred)
