The VP, Builder Division Finance, is responsible for driving the financial performance of the builder division and guiding management with data-driven financial reputed company to enhance profitability and strengthen builder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support builder division managers by summarizing, presenting, and advising on reputed company financial aspects. Translate reputed company financial data into actionable insights that inform decision-making, improve performance, and drive profitability
• Partner with builder division managers in reputed company efforts for Loan Originators by modeling financial scenarios, assessing market opportunities, and advising on compensation. reputed company reputed company into long-term profitability and capture potential to ensure successful, sustainable reputed company reputed company
• Responsible for builder division compensation, from the initial creation of the agreements, changes in salaries and/or reputed company cost centers, through the approval of the monthly commission, incentive, and override reports
