[Remote] Sr. Network Engineer

This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure reliable network services and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reputed company network architectures, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center connectivity
• reputed company and support network modernization initiatives, such as reputed company networking, SD-WAN, network automation, and segmentation
• Ensure network reliability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring, reputed company planning, and optimization

• Collaborate with reputed company teams to implement and maintain network reputed company controls, including firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and secure reputed company solutions

• Participate in change management, ensuring network changes are planned, tested, and executed with minimal risk
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors, providing architectural recommendations to leadership

• Support disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and high-availability designs
• Travel as necessary to support on-site deployments, audits, and team collaboration

Skills

• 7+ years of network engineering experience
• Advanced experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company networking platforms (e.g., reputed company, Palo reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Arista, or equivalent)
• Experience with WAN technologies, including MPLS, SD‑WAN, and Internet‑based connectivity
• Deep understanding of network reputed company concepts, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and reputed company‑trust principles
• Hands‑on experience with reputed company networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP – VNET/VPCs, VPN, ExpressRoute/reputed company Connect)
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SNMP, NetFlow, packet capture)
• Working knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ansible)
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills (e.g., Visio or equivalent)
