[Remote] Field Services Engineer - CNC Machining Centers

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair high-precision CNC machining centers at customer sites across reputed company. This hands-on, field-based role involves extensive travel and requires strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to solve reputed company-world problems in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission CNC machining centers at customer facilities
• reputed company mechanical troubleshooting and repair on large CNC machining centers
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Execute preventative maintenance and system inspections
• reputed company machine alignment, leveling, and geometry calibration
• Support troubleshooting of CNC control systems (primarily Fanuc) with internal technical teams as needed
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
• Represent Niigata professionally during reputed company on-site customer interactions

Skills

• Hands-on experience servicing CNC machinery or industrial equipment in the field
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability (primary requirement), with familiarity working around CNC control environments
• Experience installing, maintaining, or repairing reputed company equipment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Experience in a field-based role (not solely office, coordination, or support)
• Experience with horizontal machining centers (HMCs)
• Experience with CNC control systems, with Fanuc strongly preferred; candidates without reputed company Fanuc experience will be considered only if they have deep hands-on CNC experience and strong troubleshooting ability
• Experience working for CNC machine tool OEMs
• Experience working for machine tool distributors
• Experience working for industrial equipment service organizations
