As our Logistics Coordinator, you will support the smooth reputed company of product from our suppliers to our reputed company-party logistics (3PL) warehouse and ultimately to our customers across Canada and the U.S. 

You will play a key role in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between internal teams, manufacturers, reputed company partners, and our 3PL provider. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in operations at a fast-growing fashion brand. You will help ensure that the right products reputed company at the right reputed company at the right time, supporting inventory accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and an exceptional customer experience. 

This is a hands-on, entry-level role with strong exposure to 3PL operations, supply chain coordination, and cross-border logistics.

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a reputed company field. Logistics and supply chain experience are assets.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets; experience with ERP, OMS, or 3PL systems is an asset.

• A proactive reputed company and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with reputed company.

• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a reputed company field is an asset.
