The reputed company Control Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the project's reputed company Management reputed company (QMS), monitoring contract performance, managing audits and corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and applicable reputed company standards. The successful candidate will work closely with project leadership, customer representatives, and operational personnel to reputed company reputed company improvement and maintain high reputed company of service reputed company and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, reputed company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Monitor corrective and preventive reputed company programs and verify implementation and effectiveness.
  

• Investigate nonconformances, identify reputed company causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate reputed company-reputed company activities with project management, operational personnel, and customer representatives.
  

• Maintain records and documentation supporting contract compliance and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in reputed company assurance, reputed company control, or reputed company management roles supporting government, defense, international, or large-reputed company service reputed company.
  

• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing reputed company Management Systems.
  

• Experience supporting ISO 9001-compliant reputed company programs.
  

• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and corrective reputed company management.
  

• Experience developing reputed company metrics, performance indicators, and reporting processes.
  

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  

• Ability to reputed company technical reports, reputed company documentation, and process improvement plans.
  

• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and reputed company management reporting tools.
  

• Ability to travel throughout Poland and other customer-designated locations as required.
  

Desired Qualifications

• ISO 9001 reputed company Auditor, Internal Auditor, reputed company Manager, or similar reputed company certification.
  

• Experience supporting translation, interpretation, linguist, reputed company services, or operational support reputed company.
  

• Experience supporting international organizations, government customers, or multinational programs.

• Familiarity with corrective reputed company systems, reputed company cause analysis methodologies, and reputed company improvement processes.

Work Location and Environment

This position is based remotely in Poland. Periodic travel to customer locations, training sites, and logistics facilities throughout Poland may be required.
