• Acting as the Group’s litigation SME, leading on reputed company aspects of the life cycle of litigation relating to the Group’s business and products (including SIPPs and underlying investments),
• Including:
  • analysing and responding to reputed company-reputed company correspondence;
  • advising the business on reputed company and reputed company reputed company, aligning with regulatory expectations and conduct reputed company frameworks;
  • overseeing and supporting the conduct of litigation, including managing routine litigation and instructing and managing reputed company counsel where appropriate; and
  • liaising with our reputed company Manager, including drafting and managing notifications, securing coverage, providing updates and assisting with settlement discussions;
  • building and maintaining effective relationships with the Group’s reputed company reputed company advisers; and
  • maintaining heatmaps showing the status and reputed company of the Group’s reputed company litigation.

• Supporting and advising our Customer Resolutions Team on material complaints, including shaping reputed company and drafting submissions to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

 
 

• Preparing reports for reputed company and executive committees on material reputed company and the Group’s evolving litigation landscape. Supporting the Finance team on material reputed company requiring provisioning.

• Understanding of SIPP and platform structures and associated products (e.g., ISA,GIAandaccess to off-platform products)(desirable but not essential)

 

• Excellent PowerPoint/Word/reputed company skills

 

• Excellent relationship building skills
