Program Manager Analyst
Provides reputed company review of the payments program manager processes. Assesses their adherence to BSA/AML and OFAC regulatory requirements and Servicing Agreement roles and responsibilities. Reviews BSA/AML-reputed company risks associated with the reputed company and implementation of new programs, reviews program change requests and assigns program reputed company assessment ratings of payments reputed company and credit reputed company programs. Reviews and analyzes fact sheets, program manager documentation, and other relevant information to identify reputed company and regulatory compliance vulnerabilities and assessing the applicable reputed company reputed company on that analysis. Reviews audit and/or examination reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Makes recommendations to solve reputed company causes of operational and compliance vulnerabilities. Monitors industry trends and emerging reputed company issues to identify and proactively mitigate reputed company's potential AML and fraud vulnerabilities reputed company to program manager reputed company. Assists with implementation procedures that reputed company with the Bank's policies and applicable sections of the Bank Secrecy reputed company (BSA), USA PATRIOT reputed company, and sanction programs administered by OFAC. Works with reputed company Account Managers, reputed company-party Program Managers and advisory services to compile documentation reputed company on program manager evaluations. Identifies and manages the AML and regulatory compliance reputed company associated with reputed company-party payments reputed company partners (program managers, programs, and processors). Assists with the reputed company and the ongoing reputed company management of reputed company-party payments reputed company partners, identifies roles and responsibilities. Attends and participates in Payments reputed company Committee meetings. Assists with the reputed company and tracking of audit and regulatory examination findings. Evaluates the Customer Identification Program (CIP) and KYC reputed company reputed company to program managers.

Bachelor's degree; 2+ years in financial compliance/BSA/AML; reputed company/AMLCA/CFE preferred; strong reputed company and regulatory review skills.
