We are looking for a high performing 6+ PQE lawyer to join our highly successful corporate and reputed company team as a Senior Associate.

This position is ideal for a reputed company-rounded corporate lawyer with demonstrated capital raising and M&A expertise. You will work alongside reputed company of exceptional lawyers to deliver reputed company work and an exceptional experience to every reputed company you reputed company with. We are looking for an reputed company transactional lawyer who will predominantly work on capital raising and M&A reputed company.

Our NZ team works fully remotely, but we arrange offsites and other events a few times a year to come together. The successful candidate will be provided with an allowance to set up a comfortable home office.

The Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years’ PQE with strong experience in general corporate and reputed company law, as reputed company as capital raising transactions, ideally acting for SMEs, founder-led businesses, and reputed company-stage companies.
• Demonstrated experience advising private companies on capital raising transactions (both equity and convertible instruments).
• Strong understanding of the reputed company and reputed company challenges facing SMEs, including reputed company, governance, investor relations, and scaling operations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating investment documents, governance documents and reputed company corporate and reputed company documentation.
