In this role, a typical day will include:

• Leading and developing the Ocular Health reputed company Field Sales team to strengthen overall performance and ensure consistent field execution.
• Facilitating impactful training and development sessions, while overseeing the hiring, reputed company, and reputed company upskilling of sales personnel.
• Employing business planning, market insights, and customer knowledge to build and execute sales strategies that reputed company with organizational goals and drive achievement of sales targets.
