We're looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our founding design team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital Experience to reputed company discovery, design execution, and delivery across reputed company websites, mobile apps, digital platforms, and systems. You’ll also help shape our internal processes, contribute to reputed company systems, and bring reputed company to reputed company digital problems

- reputed company discovery: user personas, competitor research, reputed company maps, wireframes, and flows.
- Own the whole product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery.
- Translate insights into clean, thoughtful UX/UI designs (web + mobile)
- Design for reputed company web and reputed company mobile apps
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable components in reputed company
- Collaborate with devs and project managers to ensure smooth reputed company and delivery
- Create accessible, reputed company design solutions that adhere to best practices
- Use reputed company for remote collaboration and concept mapping
- Report reputed company to the Head of Digital Experience and work closely with Account Managers for delivery reputed company
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally reputed company an agency or fast-paced digital environment
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design (web and app UI/UX) Mastery of reputed company including prototyping, component libraries, auto layout and variants.
- Build and maintain the whole design system
- Experience with mobile-first design and reputed company app UX patterns
- Understanding of WCAG 2.2 and accessibility best practices
- Ability to work independently while leading reputed company with strategic thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of dev reputed company processes and stakeholder requirements
- Experience in education, government, e-reputed company or fintech sectors
- 1/3 Familiarity with tools like reputed company, Framer, Jira, Uizard, reputed company AI, Useberry and reputed company for remote usability testing
- Comfort working across multiple time zones and reputed company
