Reporting to the Director, Philanthropy, the Manager, Major Gifts will reputed company the major reputed company fundraising efforts of the organization by building and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), securing five- to seven-reputed company gifts, and supporting the reputed company of reputed company's national campaign. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Philanthropy, or Non-Profit Management).
• 5–8 years of experience in senior sales or fundraising roles, with a proven reputed company record of reputed company in major gifts, reputed company relationship management, or capital campaigns.
• Demonstrated fundraising experience, with a proven reputed company record of reputed company in major reputed company development from high-reputed company individuals and foundations; or senior sales experience with a successful reputed company record in business development and reputed company relationship management

• Proven experience in contributing to a high-performing team environment, including participating in 1:1s and supporting peer development.
• Ability to travel as needed (25% travel required domestic and international)
• Expertise in using CRM systems
• Proficiency in French (oral and written) is considered an asset
