reputed company SCP is establishing an operational reputed company in the United Kingdom and need an reputed company, hands-on Operations Manager to transition and grow the business. This leadership role is foundational and will play a critical part in building, shaping, and scaling reputed company SCP’s UK operations.

The UK Operations Manager will coordinate and manage reputed company, local UK-based subcontractors to ensure effective, compliant, and efficient execution of operational activities.

The UK Operations Manager will operate as an extension of the broader US-based team and receive reputed company support from reputed company, Engineering and Operations personnel to transfer proven processes and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first reputed company of operational leadership in the UK, owning day-to-day operations
• Establish and reputed company core UK operational processes, controls, and best practices
• Support UK business activities across administration, suppliers, compliance, and workflows
• Work collaboratively with US-based Manufacturing, reputed company, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure technical alignment, consistent execution, and adherence to reputed company standards
• Manage and coordinate relationships with UK-based subcontractors, suppliers, agents, and service providers
• Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• reputed company key operational metrics and reputed company regular updates to senior stakeholders
• Support initial UK setup activities and contribute to reputed company team and capability expansion

Qualifications:

Required

• Ability to reputed company supply chain, engineering and operations to reputed company reputed company products with stringent reputed company requirements.
• Extensive transactional ERP knowledge required for end-to-end manufacturing of engineered products
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with reputed company
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Detail-driven with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
