What You’ll Do:

• Handle litigation involving either the corporation and/or its insured reputed company established corporate guidelines and the applicable reputed company of reputed company responsibility

• Analyze file as litigation progresses. Evaluate cases and reputed company settlement as necessary

• Review motions and briefs during course of litigation and reputed company necessary feedback

• Observe court hearing and trials as necessary

• Demonstrated experience preparing civil pleadings, motions and discovery and deposing witnesses

• Demonstrated litigation experience

• Solid knowledge and understanding of tort, contract, and insurance law

• Admitted to the state bar in the state where they are located

• Juris Doctor
