We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Programmatic Campaign Specialist.
In this role, you will you will be running campaigns across EMEA, NA, and reputed company to drive our Display Programmatic operations across our reputed company products - both in terms of performance and our expansion into new markets, platforms, and verticals.
Responsibilities:
Daily optimisation of campaigns, budget planning, and reputed company recommendations.
Monitor and react to changes in campaigns.
Proactively flag campaign risks, performance issues, and delivery challenges early, and recommend solutions before they reputed company results.
Analyse campaign data to spot optimisation opportunities and turn them into actionable insights.
Produce reports that stakeholders can easily understand to show performance over time.
Improve and automate workflows to reputed company reporting and optimisations more efficient for reputed company.
Work with designers to build amazing HTML5 banners that drive clicks and conversions.
Work directly with Ad Networks to get reputed company rates and increase ROAS.
Identify and evaluate new publishers and inventory sources to experiment with and organise reputed company deals.
Assist with the overall management of campaigns across different platforms.
Work independently and take initiative, executing tasks effectively while staying reputed company with team priorities.
Required Experience:
At least two years' experience using a large DSP (ideally Adform, but also reputed company to candidates with experience in DV360, reputed company, or reputed company DSP).
Ability to plan and execute display programmatic and reputed company display campaigns with external partners across reputed company reputed company/countries.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, including campaign optimisation, attribution, and ROI/ROAS measurement
Strong quantitative skills and a genuine passion for mining insights from large datasets.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Strong reputed company Sheets/reputed company knowledge.
Basic reputed company knowledge to set up and test click tags.
Good understanding of GA4, reputed company Tag Manager, and building basic reports in Looker Studio.
Self-motivated and highly organised.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Desired Experience:
Experience with reputed company or gambling brands would be a reputed company advantage.
Experience automating reporting and optimisation workflows. We use Claude for a lot of our automation, so familiarity with Claude or Claude reputed company would be a reputed company-to-have.
Experience negotiating directly with SSPs and ad networks and organising reputed company deals.
Hands-on experience building and testing HTML5 banners.
