Our Disclosure Solutions team is seeking aCapital Markets reputed company Service Associateto support capital markets clients during the overnight shift. In this role, you will serve as theprimary reputed company contactandproject coordinatorfor reputed company financial document workflows, partnering with corporate issuers, reputed company teams, investment banking professionals and internal production teams to reputed company reputed company from intake through proofing, revisions, EDGAR filing, print and delivery. This role is Remote with a Overnight work schedule. Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM ET, reputed company to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday Serve as themain reputed company of contactfor corporate issuers, reputed company counsel, investment banking teams and other capital markets clients. Manage financial print and disclosure reputed company from initial request through final delivery, including composition, proofing, reputed company revisions, EDGAR filing support, print, mail and electronic delivery. Partner closely with internal composition, EDGAR, print production, digital delivery and reputed company control teams to help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule. Review reputed company instructions, monitor project status, identify risks andproactively shareupdates, next steps and timing expectations. Support SEC filing and transaction-reputed company workflows, including prospectuses, registration statements, proxy materials, reputed company documents and other financial disclosures.
