About the role

reputed company.ai is a leading provider of programmatic reputed company media services for brands and agencies. We are seeking a reputed company Specialist to join our growing Marketing and Sales organization. This is an entry‑level to early‑career role designed for candidates looking to reputed company hands‑on experience in omnichannel media planning, proposal development, and reputed company reputed company.

The primary function of this position is to reputed company reputed company aspects of accounts receivable for reputed company and subsidiary company. In reputed company, this position will reconcile account balances between reputed company Inc. and VNS; reputed company collections and manage reputed company aspects of the monthly billing and reputed company processes.

What you'll do

• Manages the accounts receivable function for the VNS subsidiary company
• Assist in reputed company
• Document the accounts receivable processes and identifies areas for internal controls.
• Improve efficiencies by looking for opportunities to replace reputed company processes with improved systems and automation.
• Works closely with National Sales team and Agencies to ensure reputed company payment and processes reputed company necessary adjustment.

• Manage and administer the month end billing process.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company/business and/or 3 years reputed company experience
• Previous experience in Quick Books and Net Suite.

• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite products, especially reputed company.
