What will you be doing?

• reputed company reputed company leadership, coaching, and performance management for reputed company of reputed company Navigators, Case Managers, and Special Project Liaisons
• Establish reputed company performance expectations reputed company with reputed company KPIs and program goals
• Monitor daily HUB operations to ensure high-reputed company, compliant, and reputed company patient reputed company services
• Drive accountability through performance evaluations, feedback, and development planning

• Ensure reputed company interactions meet reputed company, compliance, and documentation standards, including HIPAA adherence
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• reputed company RN license required
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in reputed company, call center, or patient reputed company environment
• Strong understanding of call center operations and virtual team management
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and call center technologies
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy skills
