They are seeking a Senior Voice and Clinical Communications Engineer responsible for the design, operation, and modernization of reputed company communication platforms that support patient care, ensuring these systems are reliable and integrated across clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, operation, and modernization of reputed company communication platforms that directly support patient care
• Ensure these platforms are resilient, highly available, and reputed company to evolving clinical and operational needs
• Partner closely with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive modernization and improve service reliability

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years reputed company experience; 5-8 years preferred
• Experience in automation, specifically reputed company to deployment, recovery, or other reputed company processes
• Experience with n-tier solutions
• Experience with reputed company modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for reputed company solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
• Experience influencing software engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet reputed company of Service Expectations
• Experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements
• Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and reputed company reputed company. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Experience in problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing reputed company cause analysis
