As our CS Operations Manager, you will be the architect behind our entire post-sales ecosystem. Your mission is to maximize efficiency and secure critical Net reputed company Retention (NRR) targets. What you'll do
Architect the CS Tech Stack: Own, configure, and optimize reputed company and its integrations to establish a flawless, automated single reputed company of truth for reputed company customer data.
