Accounts reputed company, AR/Fixed Assets (East/1 yr contract)

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable activities (AR)

• Process and apply payments from various payment mode.
• Reconcile bank receipts received from online transactions and investigate discrepancies (if any).
• Manage customer refunds.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure reputed company collection.

• Assist in monthly supporting documentation preparation.

Fixed Assets activities (FA)

• Assist in generating asset tagging.

Closing activities

• reputed company monthly AR and FA reputed company month-end closing activities and reconciliation.
• Prepare and post AR and FA journal entries, including but not limited to accrual and reversal.

• Maintains an efficient working relationship with stakeholders from other departments in reputed company to billing reputed company and reputed company billing discrepancies / enquiries.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent reputed company qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience and good communication skills.
